The answer to your questions

Questions seem to be swirling lately. The kind that are so big, they are almost unanswerable. They follow you around if you're not careful, poking at you while you're busy not thinking about them.

Hairy, scary questions can send you on tangents, searching, without realizing why you feel unsettled.

Here are some I'm hearing from clients and friends, and even in my own head. Maybe you're asking them too:

  • Am I doing enough?
  • Should I keep going?
  • How will I know this is right?
  • What if I get it wrong?

Instead of hoping for a crystal ball, we can do one better.

None of these questions need an answer if you hold onto the certainty of where you are right now.

You are where you are supposed to be, were placed for a reason, have been training for your whole life in the people you've met and experiences you've had along the way.

You're ready. You have everything you need.

What happens when you read that?

If it fires you up, encouraging you to keep going, then great. You have your answer!

If you are mad at me, don't believe it, and want to do/be something different, then great. You have your answer!

The choice is in your capable hands.
