Why a series?

It can feel lonely figuring it all out on your own, even if you’re good at it. How nourishing it is coming together.

You’ll have four decadent lunches plus one morning meet-ups — spaced throughout 2025 — allowing you to book that time in advance and build a consistent, core circle of support. That means ongoing feedback, accountability and connection to reach further, faster. With more ease and decadence!

The simplyrefresh lunch retreat series offers you a way to commit to your work and yourself that feels manageable.

Often enough, but not too much to commit to either. The perfect blend of getting together and getting things done.

Sample itinerary:

  • 11:30am: Welcome + introductions

  • 12:00pm: Decadent lunch + bubbly toast

  • 12:30pm: Group discussion

    We’ll dig into the month’s topic, leaning into this unique space and circle of women. You'll provide and receive tangible, actionable feedback, and come away with more than you would have figured out on your own. 

  • 2:00pm: Accountability + goodbyes
